Some Simple Steps To Wash Your Hair

Ladies, have you ever wondered how to wash your hair the right way? Do so many different products leave your hands in a state of confusion? You don't know what will work and what won't. But it doesn't have to be this way! Check out these simple steps below on how to do the shampoo with scalp massage brush and condition your hair!

Step 1: Gather Your Supplies

This may seem obvious, but the first thing you will need is water. You can get by without shampoo or conditioner, too. The best shampoo for you will be able to give you that clean, fresh feeling just through water alone. If you're in the shower and your hair feels dirty, dampen it with some water and rub your hands together well.

Step 2: Shampoo Your Hair

Shampooing your hair doesn't have to be difficult if you know the right way to do it. Apply shampoo and use shampoo massage brush to wet hair, lather up, then rinse thoroughly. Repeat this process for about 1 minute. It's important that you rinse well because shampoo is very dense with the product. As water washes over it, the shampoo becomes lighter and releases its product. If you don't rinse well enough, the shampoo may feel sticky when it dries!

Step 3: Condition Your Hair

Conditioning is just as important as shampooing. You want that super fresh, clean look after you get out of the shower, right? Well, conditioner doesn't just add moisture--it's also a cleaning agent! So without conditioning, your hair will be extremely dry and frizzy.

Apply conditioner to your hair after shampooing it with a scalp massage brush, focusing on the mid-shaft down. This is where the most damage occurs, so this is where you should concentrate a majority of the product. The longer you leave the conditioner in your hair, the better.
